Terms of sale.
Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to services provided by Kairros, including AI diagnostics, consulting assignments, agent deployment, supervision, training and related support services.

Quotes and orders
Each assignment is defined by a quote, proposal, purchase order or contract specifying scope, deliverables, schedule, price and assumptions. An order is firm once accepted in writing by the client.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros, excluding taxes unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are defined in the quote or contract. Late payment may result in penalties and service suspension under applicable law.
Client obligations
The client undertakes to provide the information, access, business contacts and validation needed for the assignment. Delays caused by missing information or unavailable stakeholders may affect the schedule.
Training services
Training services are delivered under the applicable training agreement or purchase order. Accessibility needs should be reported before the session at accessibilite@kairros.ai.
Cancellation and postponement
Cancellation or postponement conditions are defined in the quote, contract or training agreement. Costs already incurred and work already performed may remain due.
Liability
Kairros is bound by a duty of care and provides services based on information supplied by the client. Kairros does not guarantee business results unless expressly agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Each party undertakes to keep confidential all non-public information received during the assignment, unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, Kairros retains ownership of its methods, frameworks, templates and pre-existing materials. Client-specific deliverables are licensed or transferred under the terms of the applicable contract.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
Information. This English version is provided for convenience. In case of conflict, the French contractual documents prevail.
